As classrooms and schools grow increasingly more diverse, ERG understands the need to differentiate within the school day. Differentiation can be a complicated issue, so we work to promote multiple paths to learning that are grounded in standards and simple to implement. This service can be provided K-12 and can include all subject areas.
Your teachers will learn specific strategies to support the needs of all your learners. Practical approaches that we promote include:

- Designing quality text-dependent questions
- Utilizing multiple intelligences
- Building in choices
- Increasing the use of flexible grouping related to differentiation
- Considering differentiation strategies in workstations
