The Guided Math framework, developed by Laney Sammons, is a flexible instructional format designed to meet the diverse needs of students. It promotes conceptual understanding, problem solving ability, computational fluency, and mathematical communication. The heart of Guided Math is small group instruction, which allows teachers to differentiate instruction for all learners.
