Since 2004, ERG has worked alongside educators, leaders, and school communities to strengthen teaching and learning. Today, that work has grown into a model designed to move professional learning beyond one-time training and into the real classrooms, relationships, and systems where lasting change happens.

Education Resource Group partners with schools and districts to support educators in the real work of teaching and leading. Through consulting, coaching, keynotes, implementation support, and school partnerships, ERG helps professional learning move from compliance to collaboration.
Our work is grounded in the belief that educators do not need more disconnected ideas. They need support, structure, and meaningful opportunities to learn together in ways that connect directly to classroom practice.

In 2004, Education Resource Group began with a simple but powerful belief: educators deserve professional learning that is practical, meaningful, and connected to the real work of teaching.
Before ERG became a model, a book, or a team of consultants, it began with Hope Reagan and Alice Oakley’s own classroom experience.
As teachers, literacy leaders, curriculum specialists, and professional learning partners, Hope and Alice saw both the promise and the frustration of traditional professional development.
They knew teachers cared deeply. They knew leaders wanted change.
They also knew that most schools did not need another disconnected training, binder of resources, or one-size-fits-all workshop.
They needed support that lived closer to the classroom.
Over time, ERG grew into a trusted partner for schools and districts seeking a more practical way forward — one rooted in relationships, implementation, and the belief that teachers grow best when they are supported in the real work of teaching.

ERG believes that meaningful student growth starts with meaningful support for the educators who teach them. Our work is built around Professional Learning That Works — learning that is practical, collaborative, job-embedded, and connected to real classrooms.
Through consulting services, implementation support, and the Follow Me Forward™ model, we help schools create the conditions for teachers and leaders to keep learning, reflecting, and growing together.
